Keith Tutt II is an award-winning producer, composer, and cellist. His musical journey began at the age of four, and by seven, he was studying with National Cello Institute founder Richard Mooney. Over time, he expanded his craft to include multiple instruments, programming, and production, collaborating with critically acclaimed artists across a wide range of genres, including Metro Boomin, Solange, and PNAU. From this creative approach emerged Sonikwell, a signature sonic experience designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and soul rejuvenation through sound.

In 2024, Keith was selected as the first musician in the fourth-year artist-in-residence program at Black Rock Senegal in Dakar, founded by Kehinde Wiley. During his residency, he explored the deep connections within the African diaspora through music—investigating shared rhythms, instruments, and sonic traditions that transcend borders and cultures. Immersed in a global community of creators, he engaged in artistic exchange that broadened his perspective and enriched his practice. His time in Dakar culminated in an exhibition showcasing his work alongside fellow artists, marking an important evolution in his artistic vision.

Beyond his creative work, Keith is a dedicated educator and mentor. He is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of artists while also using music as a tool to help young people build emotional awareness, resilience, and the capacity to process complex feelings.
